TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL INFORMATION
- commissioned works are for personal use only.
- commissioned works are managed through commiss.io exclusively. we may communicate outside of commiss.io at my discretion.
- i reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.
- i reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time should i deem necessary resulting in a 50% refund of the down payment. no refunds will be given for completed commissions.
- i assume the right to publish any commissioned works or use them for advertising purposes unless requested otherwise. they may also be published anonymously at your request.
- commissioned works may be published by you with credit.
WORKFLOW
- when your commission request is approved, i will send a quote with an invoice for a 50% down payment of the total cost of the commission. i begin work upon receiving payment.
- i will send concept sketches and any additional information or research regarding the commission. you are entitled to 2 sketch modifications during this time.
- i will send the completed line work for your approval. you are entitled to 2 revisions during this time. BE SPECIFIC. you are welcome to red line or draw over the line work for clarity.
- i will send a watermarked version of the completed commission. you are entitled to 2 revisions during this time. i may send several options regarding simple color commissions for your choosing to which you are entitled to 3 revisions.
- i will send an invoice with the total cost of the commission. once paid, i will send the full commission via email.
CONTENT GUIDELINES
i am open to drawing most things with the exception of:
- hard non-con, gas & scat, emeto, zoo -- i am very flexible but if you would consider it hardcore or hyper please ask first.
- real people or public figures -- live action media permitted.
- bigoted or otherwise hateful content
- mecha, armor & furry -- not my area of expertise.
- no image references -- picrews, artbreeders, waifulabs, pinterest boards, ms paint drawings, any and all accepted.
- "whatever you think is best/your artistic vision" please be as detailed as possible. the more information you give me, the better result you will get.
original characters get priority. my characters get highest priority.
any dialog you would like to be added must be provided.
ADDITIONALLY
my schedule has been very volatile recently so please allow me 1 week to complete any head shot commissions and 1 month to complete more complex commissions. i will contact you if there is any delay.
